Services

A senior technical partner that owns the whole application, from idea to deployment. Every engagement runs on the Sydeso platform, so what we build is in the record from the first request.

Custom software

We take ownership of the whole application: the data model, the API, the interface, the infrastructure it runs on and the pipeline that ships it. One partner, one record of what was built and why.

Every piece of work starts as a feature request and ends as a release candidate that passed automated QA and manual review. The design package and implementation package stay with you as artifacts, not as a handover document.

AI agents

We build agents for the jobs in your delivery process that are repeatable and verifiable: research, requirements, design, implementation, QA. Each agent runs as a job on a runner, with the skill files and policy definitions that bound what it may do.

Agents do not talk to each other through chat history. They read the artifacts of the previous state and write the artifacts of the next one, so every decision is in the record and can be replayed.

Automated workflows

We model your delivery process as a workflow template: which states exist, who or what may move work between them, which gates must pass. Then we run it, on our runners or yours.

Approvals are real gates. A design approval or a manual review stops the run until a person acts, and the audit log records who did, when, and against which artifact.

Verified production

Ready means every gate passed and the record says so. Released is the last state of a run, and the deployment, monitoring and release controls around it are ours to operate.

Production is where the next feature request comes from. We stay engaged after launch, so the loop keeps running instead of stopping at a handover.

How we work

  1. We take the idea.

A week of discovery turns the idea into a feature request, a PRD and a design package you approve. Nothing is built until the record says what is being built.

  2. We build and verify it.

Development runs in short cycles on the platform. Automated QA and manual review gate every release candidate, and you see each transition as it happens.

  3. We run it in production.

Deployment, monitoring and release controls are ours to operate after launch, and the next request starts the next run.

Production is where the next request comes from.
