A senior technical partner

Sydeso is a studio and a product. The studio owns applications end to end for the teams that hire it. The product is the platform the studio runs them on, published for anyone to use.

How we decide

  1. One partner owns the application.

Idea, architecture, build, QA, deployment and operation sit with the same people. There is no handover document, because there is no handover.

  2. The record decides what shipped.

Workflow state is the source of truth and artifacts are the system of record. Opinions in chat do not change a state; a transition does.

  3. Agents work. People hold the gates.

Research, design and implementation are agent jobs with bounded skills. Design approval and manual review are human decisions, every time.

  4. The platform is public.

The core we run for clients is on GitHub under BUSL-1.1. Self-host it for your own use today; it becomes AGPL-3.0 on 1 June 2030.

State is the truth.

Artifacts are the record.

Feature request → Artifact → Workflow run → Transition → Job → Runner → Output artifact → Next transition

Every feature request becomes an artifact. A workflow run carries it through governed states. Each transition starts a job, a runner does the work, and the job returns another artifact.

Agents talk to each other through those artifacts, never through conversational memory. What shipped is what the record says shipped.
